Responsibilities:

International Non- Voice (Chat process ) II Excellent English Communication

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via chat/ calls.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
• Use CRM tools effectively.
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.
• Candidates with prior Customer support or Sales experience.

Qualifications:

PUC (12th)/ Diploma (3years) / undergraduates / BE / B.Tech and graduates from any stream are eligible to apply

Candidates with prior relevant (BPO) experience considered
