Primus Global Technologies in Bengaluru is hiring for an International Non-Voice (Chat) process. Fresher-friendly role requiring excellent English communication to assist international clients via chat and calls.

You will provide accurate product information, resolve queries, and use CRM tools while working in a dynamic, cross-time-zone environment. Training will be provided; shift rotations apply, with two days off per week.

Qualificações

• PUC/ Diploma/ Undergraduate/ BE/ B.Tech or any graduate are eligible.
• Candidates with prior BPO experience considered.
