Role & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat.
• Assist customers with product and service information.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Drive sales by converting customer inquiries into successful transactions via chat.
• Resolve customer queries while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Undergraduate are eligible.
• Freshers & Experienced can apply.
• Excellent written English Communication.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts.
• Note: Candidates pursuing regular course are not eligible.

Working Schedule

• Days: 5 days per week.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours.
• Weekly Off: 2 rotational weekly off.
• Leave Policy: No planned leaves allowed for the first 3 months.
• Cab Facility: Available only for female employees during night shifts (between 9 PM to 6 AM).
