Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: XII Pass.
• 1-2 years customer service experience preferred; freshers welcome.
• Proficient in Hindi and English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Typing speed of 40 wpm with high accuracy; CEFR B1 written proficiency.
• Working knowledge of internet, mobile apps, system navigation, MS Excel/Word, CRM and telephony.

Experience

Language & Communication Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English proficiency equivalent to Versant Level 3-4 is preferred.

Typing & Written Communication

• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
• Written communication proficiency equivalent to CEFR Level B1.
• Good grammar, sentence construction, and written communication skills.
