• Comfortable using CRM systems and WhatsApp for customer communication.
• Based locally or near the experience center.

Role & responsibilities

• Customer Consultation: Welcome walk-in customers, understand their concerns, and guide them
• Retention & Growth: Build strong customer relationships to drive treatment consistency, repeat visits, product reorders, and positive reviews/testimonials.
• Follow-Ups: Conduct proactive calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to track progress, resolve queries, and escalation complex.
• Store Operations: Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising standards, accurate inventory checks, and regularly log consultation notes in CRM.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role (Hospitality, Wellness, Luxury Retail, Aviation, or Beauty/Salon background preferred).
• Language & Communication: Clear, confident English communication, plus fluency in Hindi or the local regional language.
• Grooming & Presentation: Well-presented and professionally groomed in line with store standards (blazer, badge, neat hair, formal shoes).
