Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
• Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
• Identify customers’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.

Qualifications
