Job summary

DHR Holding India is seeking a Service Contract Customer Support Specialist to manage end-to-end service contract administration, including activation, maintenance, corrections, and invoice resolution. This role ensures accurate contract execution and timely revenue recognition while delivering seamless support to Service Inside Sales and commercial stakeholders.

Located in Bengaluru and Mumbai and remote, the position reports to the Customer Support Admin Manager.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred or the equivalent of 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience in service contract administration or related fields is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and data, resolve holds, and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounting, Planning, and Support teams to resolve issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships.

Job Summary

The Service Contract Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end service contract administration activities, including contract activation, maintenance, corrections, and invoice resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate contract execution, timely revenue recognition, and seamless support to Service Inside Sales and commercial stakeholders.

This position reports to the Customer Support Admin Manager and is located in Bangalore/Mumbai and will be remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Review electronic orders, dashboard, keep all customer data updated and resolve holds.
• Timely follow up and feedback provided for all customer issues with a positive rapport.
• Collaborate with field sales, accounting, planning, technical support, marketing, warehouse, training and education, and returns department
• Resolve problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; and escalating unresolved problems.

Key Skills

• Familiarity with Oracle and/or Salesforce preferred
• Four-year degree preferred or the equivalent of 2+ years of customer service experience
