Job summary

DHR Holding India is seeking a Service Contract Customer Support Specialist to manage end-to-end service contract administration, activations and renewals. You will coordinate with Service Inside Sales and commercial stakeholders to ensure accurate revenue recognition and smooth contract execution.

The role reports to the Customer Support Admin Manager and is located in Bangalore/Mumbai with remote options, enabling flexible collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related fields.
• Min 3+ years of service contract administration or order management experience.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems supporting contracts, billing and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage service contract activations, maintenance, extensions and terminations.
• Investigate and resolve disputed invoices in line with guidelines.
• Respond to inquiries from Service Inside Sales with timely contract information.
• Update extended warranty commitments at POS as needed.

Job Summary

The Service Contract Customer Support Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end service contract administration activities, including contract activation, maintenance, corrections, and invoice resolution. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate contract execution, timely revenue recognition, and seamless support to Service Inside Sales and commercial stakeholders.

This position reports to the Customer Support Admin Manager and is part of the Customer Support located in Bangalore/Mumbai and will be Remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage service contract corrections, including credit and rebilling activities, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
• Investigate, resolve, and close disputed service contract invoices in alignment with service and finance guidelines
• Support Service Inside Sales by responding to inquiries via email and providing timely contract-related information
• Own the activation, maintenance, extension, and termination of service contracts, including updates to extended warranty commitments at Point of Sale (POS)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Min 3+ years of experience in service contract administration, customer support, order management, or contract operations
• Working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar) supporting service contracts, billing, and revenue processes

Preferred qualifications

• Supporting service contracts, extended warranties, or maintenance agreements
• Experience working with Service Inside Sales or commercial teams
• Exposure to invoice dispute handling, credit processing, or rebilling activities
