Job summary

Climaty AI is seeking a Client Success & Performance Marketing Specialist to own the client experience for self-serve users. You will onboard clients, guide campaign setup, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations across markets and agency relationships.

In this client-facing role, you’ll work with product, support, and account teams to maximize campaign outcomes, drive adoption, and ensure value is delivered through clearer reporting and proactive engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, client servicing, or account management within a digital agency, ad-tech, or SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact for self-serve users.
• Onboard new self-serve clients: platform walkthroughs, account setup, and first-campaign guidance.
• Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues with product/engineering to resolve or elevate as needed.
• Review client campaign performance (paid social and search) and flag optimization opportunities.
• Run regular check-ins with active accounts to drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Translate platform features and performance data into clear, client-friendly guidance and recommendations.
• Collect and relay client feedback to product teams on usage patterns and friction points.
• Maintain accurate account records, usage notes, and status updates across all managed clients.

We're looking for a Client Success & Performance Marketing Specialist to own the client experience for our self-serve users.

Role Overview

This is a client-facing role at the intersection of client success and performance marketing. You'll be the primary point of contact for self-serve users of the Climaty platform, ensuring they're onboarded smoothly, using the product effectively, and getting real performance outcomes from their campaigns. You'll work closely with product, support, and account teams to resolve queries, drive adoption, and turn platform usage into measurable client value — across markets and agency relationships.

• Serve as the primary client contact for self-serve users
• Onboard new self-serve clients: platform walkthroughs, account setup, and first-campaign guidance.
• Troubleshoot platform and campaign issues, working with product/engineering to resolve or elevate as needed.
• Review client campaign performance (paid social and search) and proactively flag optimization opportunities.
• Run regular check-ins with active accounts to drive engagement, retention, and expansion.
• Translate platform features and performance data into clear, client-friendly guidance and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate account records, usage notes, and status updates across all managed clients.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, client servicing, or account management — ideally within a digital agency, ad-tech, or SaaS environment.
• Strong working knowledge of paid social (Meta Ads) and search (Google Ads): campaign structure, KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR), and optimization basics.
• Proven experience managing client relationships across markets, with excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable explaining technical/platform concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills; confident presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Organized and responsive — able to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Studio, GA4, Excel) for pulling and interpreting performance data.

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting or servicing agency accounts (holding companies, media agencies).
• Familiarity with AI-based or agentic marketing platforms.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or SaaS client success function.
• Certifications in Meta Blueprint or Google Ads.
