Job summary

Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. You will onboard customers, provide training, and advocate for the customer to help them achieve their goals.

You will monitor health metrics, resolve issues, and collaborate with product and sales teams to drive adoption and renewals across our Indian client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e.g., CRM software).
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
