Job summary

Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our products. You will onboard new customers, provide training, and advocate for their needs across teams.

You will monitor health metrics, resolve issues efficiently, and collaborate with product and sales to align solutions with client goals, driving renewal and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e.g. CRM software)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams.
