Job summary

Disprz is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in Mumbai/Chennai to onboard customers, drive product adoption and ensure they get maximum value from our platform.

You will build strong relationships, address customer challenges with cross-functional teams, and contribute to renewals and upsell opportunities. Freshers are welcome, and a customer-first mindset is essential for success in this SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success / Account Management is preferred.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Mumbai / Chennai.

You’ll be a trusted partner for our customers — helping them onboard successfully, drive product adoption, solve challenges, and ultimately get maximum value from our platform.
