Job summary

Soul Ai is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure customers derive maximum value from our products.

You will onboard new customers, provide training and support, resolve issues, and act as the customer's advocate while monitoring health metrics.

The role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams across multiple Indian cities.

Qualifications
