Job summary

Soul Ai in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Success Manager to build strong relationships with clients and ensure they get maximum value from our products. You will work closely with customers to resolve issues, provide training, and help them achieve their goals.

You will onboard new customers, support ongoing success, monitor health metrics, and advocate for customers while collaborating with product and sales teams to ensure their needs are met across our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of customer success metrics and tools (e.g., CRM software).
