Job summary

WNS is seeking Customer Support Associates for the International Voice, Chat & Inbound Sales process in Pune. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and guiding customers through appropriate solutions.

Applicants should have strong English communication, a customer-service mindset, and be comfortable with rotating shifts including nights. Fresh graduates are welcome and prior international voice/chat experience is a plus.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling inbound customer interactions, resolving queries, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Handle inbound customer calls and chat interactions for international clients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Understand customer requirements, resolve queries, and provide accurate information.

Eligibility Criteria

• Undergraduate and Graduate freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates with experience in International Voice, Chat, Customer Support are preferred.
