Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Voice Representative. As a key member of our global customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of customer handling, and the ability to work in a rotational shift, including night shifts.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Immediate joiner preferred or maximum 15 days' notice period
  
• Willingness to work in a contract role with the possibility of being converted to a permanent position
  

Additional Information

• Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on last CTC and experience)

• Work Mode: Work from Office
  
• Contract Duration: 4-6 months
  
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or maximum 15 days' notice
  
• CTC: Up to ₹56,000 per month (based on last drawn salary and experience)
  
• Laptop and other assets will be provided by the company.
  
• P.F + E.S.I + 5000/- performance bonus monthly.
  
• The company will give a two-way cab facility.
