Job summary

Emblaze Hiring Solutions in Pune invites fresh graduates and undergraduates to join our international call center team. The role includes handling inbound and outbound calls for global clients, delivering accurate resolutions, and maintaining high-quality customer experience.

Excellent English communication, neutral accent, and willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts are essential. Freshers are welcome, with compensation up to 3 LPA for freshers and up to 7 LPA for experienced candidates,

Qualifications

• Candidate must be graduate/undergraduate; freshers with excellent English welcome.
• Experience in international BPO preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for international clients.
• Resolve customer queries with timely, accurate responses.
• Document interactions in CRM and follow processes.
• Escalate issues as needed and meet quality/ productivity targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
• Identify customer requirements, troubleshoot basic issues where applicable, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team whenever required.
• Meet defined targets related to quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and attendance.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply, depending on the process.
• Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome.
• Candidates with prior international BPO/customer service experience will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
• Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.

Skills Required

• Excellent spoken English and neutral/global accent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally, including difficult situations.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Freshers: Up to 3 LPA, depending on the process.
• Experienced candidates: Up to 7 LPA, or as per industry standards and relevant experience.
