Role & responsibilities

• Handle calls from international customers in a professional manner.
• Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries, concerns, and requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions as per process guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools and update call details regularly.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant team for timely resolution.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and process requirements.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with internal teams when required.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts/night shifts and support global customers.
