Tata Capital is hiring in Haryana (Sohna) for a role focusing on lead generation, customer relationship management, and dealer relations to support UCV deals. The role involves sourcing referrals, coordinating with channel partners, and educating customers on financing options.

The incumbent will handle end-to-end loan processing documentation, entry into RSPM/SAGE, and collaboration with Operations and Credit teams to ensure timely sanction, disbursement, and case closure.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream; commerce graduates preferred.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings to customers; educate customers on products, processes and financing options.
• Maintain relationships with assigned SS, dealers and channel partners.
• Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE).
• Coordinate with customers for documentation completion.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing; follow up for sanction, disbursement, and closure.
