Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for UCV deals via SS, channel partners, referrals, and open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to boost leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.
• Explain products, processes, and financing options to customers; cross-sell offerings.
• Maintain relationships with SS, dealers and channel partners.
• Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents; ensure data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE).
• Coordinate with customers to complete documentation.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth sanction, disbursement and case closure.

Education

Undergraduate/Graduate degree

Commerce graduates preferred

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Degree: Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream. Commerce Graduate preferred.
• Minimum Years/type of experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience

Lead Generation

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings to customers.
• Educate customers on products, processes, and financing options.

Dealer Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with assigned SS, dealers, and channel partners.

Deal Processing

• Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers for completion of documentation.

Internal Stakeholder Management

• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up for timely sanction, disbursement, and case closure.
