Job summary

Tata Capital in Delhi is seeking a candidate to support lead generation, customer relationships, and dealer partnerships for loan products. The role involves engaging SS, channel partners, and referrals to create opportunities and drive sales.

You will coordinate document collection, data entry, and liaison with Operations and Credit teams to ensure timely loan sanctions and disbursements. 0-2 years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Undergraduate/Graduate in any stream; Commerce graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship; explain product offerings and resolve sales queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings to customers.
• Educate customers on products, processes, and financing options.
• Maintain relationships with assigned SS, dealers, and channel partners.
• Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers for completion of documentation.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up for timely sanction, disbursement, and case closure.

Lead Generation

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.

• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.

Customer Relationship Management

• Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings to customers.
• Educate customers on products, processes, and financing options.

Dealer Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with assigned SS, dealers, and channel partners.

Deal Processing
