Tata Capital in Gurugram is seeking an entry-level professional to drive lead generation and manage customer relationships in the lending space.

You will generate leads through SS, channel partners, referrals, and open market, empanel new referral sources, and conduct loan events to grow the pipeline. The role requires 0–2 years of experience and involves coordinating with operations and credit teams to ensure timely sanction and disbursement, while educating customers on financing options.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream; commerce graduate preferred.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationship, including explaining product offerings and resolving sales queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings to customers.
• Educate customers on products, processes, and financing options.
• Maintain relationships with assigned SS, dealers, and channel partners.
• Collect pre-sanction and post-sanction documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers for completion of documentation.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up for timely sanction, disbursement, and case closure.
