Job summary

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationships, explain products, and resolve sales queries.
• Cross-sell products and educate customers on financing options.
• Maintain relationships with SS, dealers, and channel partners.
• Collect documents and ensure accurate data entry in systems (RSPM, SAGE, etc.).
• Coordinate with customers to complete documentation.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Minimum Years/type of experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience

Lead Generation

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and the open market.

• Interact with Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up for timely sanction, disbursement, and case closure.
