Job summary

Tata Capital in Howrah, West Bengal is seeking an entry-level Lead Generation and Relationship Executive to drive UCV deal leads, manage customer interactions, and coordinate with dealers.

You will support end-to-end loan processing, documentation, and liaison with operations and credit teams, with 0–2 years of experience. The role involves working with channel partners and referrals on field activities like Loan Melas.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for UCV deals through interactions with SS, channel partners, referrals, and open market.
• Empanel new referral sources to generate additional leads.
• Conduct BTL activities and Loan Melas for lead generation.
• Manage end-to-end customer relationships; explain products and answer queries.
• Cross-sell product offerings.
• Educate customers on products, processes and financing options.
• Maintain relationships with SS, dealers and channel partners.
• Collect pre- and post-sanction documents; ensure accurate data entry in RSPM and SAGE.
• Coordinate with customers to complete documentation.
• Interact with Operations and Credit teams for loan processing.
• Follow up for sanction, disbursement and case closure.
