Job summary

Tata Communications Limited is seeking a skilled professional to manage MAN/NLD OSP, ISP and infrastructure networks while upholding agreed SLAs and KPIs. The role involves coordinating with NOC, Field, Planning and Project teams to address faults and ensure reliable service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fiber rollout, O&M activities, and service assurance for DWDM/SDH/MPLS networks, along with strong presentation and communication skills to liaise with

Qualifications

• Experience in handling Fiber rollout and O&M activities.
• Coordinating with NOC, Field, Planning and Project teams for fault restoration.
• Experience in spare management, MIS and GIS.
• Good knowledge of DWDM/SDH/MPLS/Nokia SRVPN and ISP networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage MAN/NLD OSP, ISP & Infra Networks and maintain SLA/KPIs.
• Coordinate fault restoration with NOC, Field, Planning, and Project teams.
• Maintain spare management, MIS, GIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Ensure service assurance for DWDM/SDH/MPLS networks and related equipment.

Job Description

Responsible for managing MAN/NLD OSP,ISP & Infra Networks & Maintaining the agreed SLA and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Experience in handling Fiber rollout and O&M daily activities.
• Technical administration in restoring of faults in coordination with NOC, Field, Planning and Project team, Incident Validation, Incident Analysis and RCA sharing
• Experience in handing spare Management team, MIS,GIS.
• Good knowledge on service assurance of DWDM/SDH/MPLS/Nokia SRVPN, ISP Network
• Experience in handing spare management
• Good presentation and communication skills.
