Job summary

PrimeRishta.com in Mohali is seeking Customer Service Executives with excellent communication to handle inquiries, understand requirements, resolve queries, maintain relationships, and ensure a positive customer experience.

The role involves a night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST) and is in-office. Working days are Monday to Friday plus the 2nd and 4th Saturday, with a weekly off on Sunday and 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday. You will meet KPIs and coordinate with internal teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience less than 1 year in customer service, telecalling, relationship management, hospitality, B2C or matchmaking will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also be considered.
