Fortleechiropractors is seeking a proactive Sr. Executive – Sea Export in Mumbai to manage end-to-end sea export operations, customer coordination, and documentation.

The role focuses on quotation management, timely shipment execution, and strict adherence to regulatory procedures. You will collaborate with sales teams and internal branches, handle enquiries, monitor bookings, and ensure accurate export documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of Sea Export operations experience.
• Knowledge of Sea Export procedures, customs clearance, and CFS operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating quotations and customer conversions.
• Familiarity with export documentation systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Quotation & Enquiry Management: Handle customer enquiries and provide timely quotations for Sea Export shipments; follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed business; update enquiries and quotation details in the system; coordinate with sales and branches for pricing and updates.
• Sea Export Operations: Coordinate with export operations team to ensure smooth execution; monitor booking, stuffing, cargo movement, and documentation timelines; inform customers about shipment progress.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure completeness and accuracy of export docs (invoices, packing lists, S/B, BL instructions); knowledge of customs clearance and CFS; assist customers with documentation.
• Customer Coordination & Support: Maintain strong relationships; address queries promptly; provide guidance on export processes and regulatory requirements.
• System & Reporting: Maintain data in the system for enquiries, quotations, and shipment updates; generate and share reports with management or sales teams.

Job Responsibilities

Quotation & Enquiry Management

• Handle customer enquiries and provide timely quotations for Sea Export shipments.
• Follow up with customers on quotes to convert enquiries into confirmed business.
• Update enquiries and quotation details accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with the sales team and various branches for pricing, routing, and shipment updates.

Sea Export Operations

• Coordinate with the export operations team to ensure smooth execution of export shipments.

Documentation & Compliance

System & Reporting

• Maintain accurate data in the system for enquiries, quotations, and shipment updates.
• Generate and share required reports with management or sales teams.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Logistics, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Sea Export operations within a freight forwarding/logistics company.
• Strong knowledge of Sea Export procedures, customs clearance, and CFS operations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics/ERP systems.
