Role Overview

We are looking for a Sea Freight Operations Executive with hands*on experience in handling FCL and LCL shipments (both import and export).

The candidate will be responsible for end*to*end sea freight operations, coordinating with shipping lines, freight agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end*to*end sea freight operations for both import and export shipments (FCL LCL).
• Coordinate with shipping lines for space bookings, schedule confirmations and freight negotiations.
• Process and verify all shipping documentation Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, LC documents and other trade documents.
• Liaise with CFS, ICD, ports and inland container depots for cargo movement.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities with the in*house customs brokerage team.
• Track shipments and provide regular, proactive status updates to clients.
• Handle demurrage, detention and port*related issues promptly.
• Prepare freight cost calculations, quotations and invoices for clients.
• Maintain MIS reports and shipment records accurately.
• Ensure all operations comply with DGFT, Customs and port regulations.
