Job summary

Brillon Consumer Products is seeking a capable Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end order processing and coordination across sales, warehouse, logistics, and customer supply chains. The role focuses on flawless execution, accurate documentation, and timely deliveries for Ecom and Qcom customers.

The candidate should have a Graduate degree and 5 years overall experience, including 2–3 years in supplies to Ecom/Qcom customers, with MS Excel and SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and SAP order processing.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders daily for assigned accounts.
• Verify order accuracy (PO, qty, delivery location, pricing, approvals, documentation).
• Coordinate with customers for PO amendments and delivery appointments.
• Prepare daily dispatch plans based on order priority.
• Track dispatch status and follow up for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for timely execution.
• Resolve dispatch and delivery issues including failed deliveries and escalations.
• Act as central coordination point between sales, warehouse, logistics and customer supply chain.
• Maintain records for sales returns and inform stakeholders.
• Manage product short-dage and losses and coordinate with teams.

Purpose

To act as central coordinator for supplies to Ecom and Qcom customers, striving for flawless order execution and stakeholder collaboration to achieve best-in-class fill rates

Roles & Responsibilities

Order Processinng

• Process & monitor Customer orders on daily basis for assigned customer accounts
• Verify Orders Accuracy (PO, Qty, Delivery location, Pricing, Approvals, and documentation)
• Coordinate with Customers for PO Amendments (if any) and Delivery Appointments

Dispatch Alignment

• Prepare daily dispatch plans based on order priority
• Daily tracking of dispatch status and follow up for on -time delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse / logistics team for timely execution
• Resolve dispatch & delivery issues (failed deliveries and escalations)

Delivery Coordination

• Act as central coordination point between sales, warehouse, logistics and customer supply chain
• Maintain systematic tracking of delivery activity at customer DC
• Resolve any unloading issue by coordinating with customer supply chain team and internal sales team
• Maintain records for any sales return issue - Inform to sales & customer service team and their stakeholders
• Ensure products short damage and product loss, Mismatch etc. - complains
