Job summary

Orkla India is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse operations professional to plan production, monitor stock, and coordinate dispatch across Bengaluru and beyond. The role emphasizes close collaboration with regions, channels, and sales contacts to ensure timely fulfillment.

You will develop Excel trackers and Power BI dashboards to enhance visibility of pending orders, connectivity gaps, and operational issues, while maintaining strong communication in English and local languages.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline with B.Com/BBA/B.Tech preferred.
• 1–3 years in warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, order punching, order management or supply chain ops, FMCG/food & beverages/consumer goods preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Plan production as per orders received. Followup and coordinate on dispatch of finished Goods.
2. 2. Monitor stock availability and connectivity across regions, channels, and categories, with special focus on Ecom
3. 3. Coordinate for pending Production, plan & align Logistics movement, Supply Chain, and Sales POCs.
4. 4. Consolidate and circulate daily updates & MIS reports covering stock availability, open orders, production, dispatch status, risks, and action owners.
5. 5. Develop and maintain Excel trackers and Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of pending orders, connectivity gaps, and operational issues.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Graduate in any discipline, with B.Com, BBA, or B.Tech preferred.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, dispatch coordination, order punching, order management, or supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG, food and beverages, or consumer goods.
3. Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools.
4. Exposure to SAP, ERP, DMS, WMS, TMS, or order-management systems is preferred.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and the relevant local language.
6. Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive issues to closure.
