Job summary

PeopleStrong in Tamil Nadu is seeking a Graduate with 0–1 year of experience in lending/financial services to support branch operations, ensure process adherence, and drive customer acquisition.

You will build relationships with customers, cross-sell and upsell products, handle day‑to‑day transactions, maintain records, and contribute to branch profitability while helping improve customers’ financial well-being. Strong communication in local language and English is essential for success.
