Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a dynamic candidate in Rampur, UP to support branch operations and drive customer acquisition. The role emphasizes process adherence, relationship building, and cross-selling of lending products in a financial services setup.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate with freshers or up to 1 year of lending/financial services experience, ready to contribute to branch profitability and customer well-being.

• Fresher or up to 1 year experience in lending/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of business and operational efficiency through proper process adherence and facilitate smooth functioning of branches.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers.
• Achieve productive output to meet and contribute towards branch profitability targets.
• Promote products and services; consistently cross-sell and upsell at every opportunity.
• Conduct promotional activities for marketing and drive referral programs for customer acquisition.
• Handle day-to-day transactions and valuables.
• Maintain all data and records related to daily transactions.
• Retain customers by working towards transforming the life of the common man by improving their financial well-being.
