Job summary

AM Infoweb in Pune is seeking a customer support executive to handle inquiries via phone, provide solutions, and process requests for products, orders, returns and exchanges.

You will maintain CRM records and aim to meet quality metrics like first call resolution and average handling time. 0-4 years in BPO or international voice process is expected, with strong English communication and accent neutralization; KPO knowledge processing is a plus. On-site role.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years of experience in BPO or international voice process industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken) with strong accent neutralization.
• Proficiency in KPO knowledge processing operations is an added advantage.
