Job summary

Startek (Aegis Customer Support Services Pvt. Ltd.) is seeking experienced Customer Service Associates for a Work From Home BPO role. You will handle queries via calls, chats, and emails, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

The role requires at least 1 year in BPO or customer service, fluent in Hindi and English, a laptop with 8 GB RAM, stable Wi-Fi, and willingness to work 24/7 with 6 working days and one rotational off.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO / Customer Service experience is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in BPO, Voice Process, Customer Support, Inbound Calling, or Contact Centre are preferred.
• Must have a laptop/desktop with minimum 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or above.
• Stable Wi‑Fi connection is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Comfortable with 6 days working and 1 rotational week off.
• Must be comfortable working from home and being on camera during training/interview/working hours.
• Candidates should be comfortable using a personal phone for work-related calls with number masking.
