Job summary

Winx Consulting in Hyderabad is hiring for an International Voice – Customer Support role in a fast-paced BPO environment. You will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, provide product information, and identify opportunities to upsell relevant services.

This position requires excellent English communication, the ability to work across time zones with rotation including night shifts, and experience in BPO processes. Freshers may be considered depending on process.

Qualifications

Job Requirements :

• 0-8 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
• Strong knowledge of international BPO processes and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with computers, CRM applications, and multiple systems.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, based on international time zones.
• Good typing and basic computer proficiency.
• Candidates with prior International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered, depending on the process.
