Job summary

Tata Capital Finance Ltd in Chennai invites applications for a Customer Sales Executive focusing on Two Wheeler Loans. Under supervision, you will help identify potential customers, collect and validate documents, and log cases for disbursement in line with SOPs.

You will work on meeting customer requirements, cross-selling multiple products, and supporting vendor empanelment while ensuring compliance with audit and RBI regulations.

Responsibilities

• With guidance from Supervisor/Manager, identify customers for potential business
• Collect documents from customers and validate per organization norms
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement
• Fulfil the sanction ratio as per organisation requirements
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under guidance of Supervisor/Manager
• With Manager/Supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships with them
• With Manager/Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations

Perform the following under the guidance/direction of Supervisor/Manager

• With help of Supervisor/ Manager, Identify the customers for protentional Business
• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms
• Logging the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements & cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
