Tata Capital in Gurugram, India is seeking a candidate to perform banking-support duties under the guidance of a Supervisor/Manager. You will identify potential customers, collect and validate documents, log cases in the system, and follow disbursement processes while ensuring the sanctioned ratio.

You will also cross-sell products and assist in empanelment of vendors, ensuring RBI/audit compliance. Under Graduate or Graduate in any discipline is acceptable, and duties are to be carried out

Responsabilités

• Identify customers for potential business under supervision.
• Collect documents from customers and validate per organization norms.
• Log the case in the system as per SOP and follow the process for disbursement.
• Fulfill the sanction ratio as per organization requirement.
• Meet customer requirements and cross-sell multiple products under supervision.
• With manager/supervisor, empanel new vendors and develop relationships; ensure compliance to RBI/Audit regulations.

• Collect the documents from Customers and validate as per the organization norms

• Fulfil - the Sanction ratio as per organisation requirement
• Meeting the Customer requirements cross- sell multiple products, under the guidance of Supervisor/ Manager.
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, empanelment of new vendor and develop relationships with them
• With help of Manager / Supervisor, ensure compliance to all Audit / RBI regulations.
