Job summary

Native Table in India is seeking a proactive Customer Sales Executive to drive sales, manage customer relationships, and expand our presence across residential communities. The role focuses on engaging customers via WhatsApp and phone, detailing products, prices, offers, and delivery timelines to secure repeat orders.

You will maintain customer databases and order records, coordinate with the delivery team for on-time fulfillment, and respond to queries or complaints promptly.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in WhatsApp, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Strong organisational, follow-up, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and customer relationships.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or FMCG preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential customers through WhatsApp and phone calls to generate sales and repeat orders.
• Manage community WhatsApp groups and share product details, prices, offers, and delivery reminders.
• Maintain customer databases, order lists, sales records, and payment status.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
• Identify new residential communities and opportunities to expand sales.
• Track daily sales and submit regular reports to management.
