Job summary

Minnies Cake House in India is seeking a sales/customer service professional to manage inquiries received via WhatsApp Business, Instagram and other channels. You will understand customer requirements such as cake design, flavour, size, budget, occasion and delivery date, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

You will coordinate with production to ensure orders meet customer expectations, maintain accurate records, and follow up on pending inquiries, payments and order confirmations,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, customer service, inside sales, or order management.
• Fluent in Hindi and English, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Proficient communicating via WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.
• Proficient with WhatsApp Business and basic computer apps.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluent in both Hindi and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate professionally with customers in both languages over WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram and basic computer applications.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Sales-oriented, organised, responsible and customer-focused.
• Experience in a bakery, food business, gifting business or e-commerce company is an advantage.
