Our vision: digitise how India books experiences - the most important part of any trip - and cover every experience India has to offer over the next 3-5 years. We don’t provide transportation or hotels.

The Role

Calls are our most important channel - and this role is at the heart of it. You'll deliver flawless customer support and convert leads into bookings by understanding what each customer really needs.

The ideal person:

• Graduation from the relevant university
• Understands customer psychology and buying behaviour
• Communicates warmly and listens actively
• Reads how customers respond and adapts the pitch accordingly
• Is a strong negotiator who genuinely helps the customer

What You'll Do

• Manage daily inbound & outbound customer over calls and chats
• Convert leads into bookings through negotiation & consultative selling
• Read customer behaviour and tailor responses to each scenario
• Manage and follow up on leads across the pipeline
• Support the wider team to drive company growth

What We're Looking For

• Relevant experience in tele calls or travel industry. Freshers can also apply.
• Experience with CRM tools & telecaller/dialer systems
• Familiarity with AI-assisted calling tools
• Working knowledge of Excel
• Energetic, optimistic personality with a customer-first mindset
