Job summary

CSB Bank in Kerala is seeking a customer relations role focused on building strong relationships with existing and new customers, delivering outstanding service and resolving inquiries promptly.

You will promote banking products, cross-sell and upsell where appropriate, support branch operations, and coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
• Knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
