Job summary

CSB Bank invites applications for a customer relationship executive to develop and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers at our branch. You will provide responsive service, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly while promoting banking products.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' experience in banking or finance, strong knowledge of savings accounts, loans and credit cards, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills.
