CSB Bank in Kerala invites an energetic banking professional to join our customer relations team. You will develop strategies to build strong customer connections, deliver exceptional service, and drive cross-sell of banking products while supporting branch operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, analyze feedback, and help refine products and services to enhance satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with excellent computer skills.
