Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 13+ years of experience as academic counsellor or similar role.
• Experience in EdTech or Education industry preferred.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Interpersonal, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
• Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages to maximize conversions.
• Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and enrollment processes.
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
