Job summary

NoBroker.com in Bengaluru is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage relationships with customers, owners, buyers and tenants. You will ensure timely support and effective solutions, coordinating with sales and operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You will understand customer requirements, resolve inquiries and complaints, and build long-term relationships while identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and renewals.

Qualifications
