Job Responsibilities:

• Manage staff and supervise daily store operations.
• Maintain quality service by enforcing customer service standards.
• Handle customer concerns and provide quick resolutions.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with walk-in customers.
• Track daily activities and evaluate customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with senior staff to meet service goals.

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role
