We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to build strong relationships with customers, improve customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business for our retail company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and in-store interactions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service information.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain engagement.
