A leading education firm in India is actively hiring MBA Graduates looking to build their careers in business development and sales. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships and effectively addressing inquiries and concerns. Ideal candidates should have experience in the full sales cycle, strong negotiation skills, and preferably some CRM experience. A competitive salary package of 2.5LPA plus a variable component of 1.5LPA is offered for this full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Respond to client queries via phone or email.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely client responses.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
• Prepare client satisfaction and issue resolution reports.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance client experience.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions.
