Job summary

Benaka Gold Company is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to build lasting relationships through excellent communication, follow-ups, and service care.

You will handle customer calls, explain services, manage queries, and maintain records in our software while coordinating with branch teams and attending regular meetings. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field.
• Kannada language is mandatory.
• Telugu and Malayalam languages are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Good communication skills are required.
