Job summary

Triple Constraints Consultancy in Surat is seeking a Back Office, Client Success & PR Coordinator to act as the operational engine room and communications hub. The role blends back-office execution, client support, and proactive brand PR activities.

The candidate will handle payment recovery, KPI audits, outreach to prospective clients, marketing collateral, and end-to-end logistics for trade exhibitions while coordinating with sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, client servicing, PR/brand communications, or back-office operations (Manufacturing/B2B preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM tools and advanced Excel is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate back-office operations, sales support, and client servicing with a sense of urgency.
• Draft outreach emails, brand pitches, and follow-ups with polished professionalism.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, digital decks, and trade show logistics.
• Utilize ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Tally, Zoho) for data-driven reporting.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation, collection tact, and multitasking across tasks.

Location: Surat – Rajhansh Montesa

Role Overview:The Back-Office, Client Success & PR Coordinator is the operational "Engine Room" and dynamic communication hub. This role blends rigorous back-office execution—active payment recovery, sales KPI auditing, and rapid client support with proactive brand PR representation. The coordinator is also responsible for outreach to prospective clients, refining marketing collaterals, and managing end-to-end logistics for trade exhibitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Experience: 2–5 years in sales coordination, client servicing, PR/brand communications, or commercial back-office operations (Manufacturing/B2B preferred).


• PR and Written communications: Flawless business email drafting skills; experience writing prospect outreach emails, brand pitches, and client follow-ups with persuasive polish.


• Marketing and Events: Proven experience coordinating marketing collateral printing/digital decks and handling trade show/expo logistics (samples, standees, attendee trackers).


• Advanced Excel & ERP: Proficient in XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, summary reporting, and ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Tally Prime, Zoho, or CRM databases).


• Soft Skills: High urgency, polished professional demeanor, strong negotiation/collection tact, and agile multitasking between calls, data, and design reviews.
